In the performance A Ship, a Train and a Balloon, Teater Basun invites you to a playful and limitless theatrical experience where anything can happen. With roots in clowning, juggling and improvisation, they create imaginative performances based on well-known stories and the uniqueness of the place – always with the audience as co-creators.

Teater Basun is a free theatre group consisting of Magnus Winsvold, Christine Therese Aspenberg and Ole Fredrik Wannebo. They work with an expressive visual expression and have a wild, playful and adventurous form of expression.

Their performances are based on well-known stories, historical events, cultural heritage and the authenticity of the place. Using juggling, clowning, improvisation and dialogue with the audience, they create a world where anything can happen.

In recent years they have developed performances such as Cinderella in Rubber Boots, The Treasure on the Trash Island, Roteloftet, Innlandet Jonas and the hunt for the missing mint.

With over 13 years of experience performing and traveling to markets and festivals as entertainers, they have a long and rich experience, and many strange stories to tell.

The play A Ship, a Train and a Balloon was developed and performed by Ole Fredrik Wannebo and Christine Therese Aspenberg. They both studied drama and theatre at NTNU.

Christine works as a communication advisor at Nidaros Cathedral Restoration Work. In 2019, she developed the solo performance Svømmeknappen . Ole Fredrik works as a theater coordinator at the ISAK cultural center and runs the film company Ragnarok film.
