1. Introduction
Jewish Cultural Festival Trondheim (JKFest) works to ensure that our website is accessible to everyone, regardless of functional ability. We aim to provide a website that is easy to understand, navigate and use, and we follow the principles of WCAG 2.1 level AA to ensure this.
2. Availability status
Based on our internal tests and audits, we believe that JKFest.no largely meets the requirements of WCAG 2.1 level AA. Examples of measures we have implemented:
All images are equipped with descriptive alt texts.
Forms and contact pages are designed with accessibility in mind.
Videos with sound have subtitles.
Color contrasts and keyboard navigation are optimized for a good user experience.
3. Continuous improvement
Although we have not currently identified any significant deficiencies, we will continue to test and improve the website to ensure it maintains a high standard of accessibility. We will monitor changes in legislation and guidelines, and update solutions as necessary.
